Ed-Tech Solutions for Workforce Development
At Russian Railways, I contributed to the design and development of enterprise-level ed-tech solutions aimed at improving employee training and skill assessment.
One of these projects was a custom framework inspired by WorldSkills, designed to evaluate employees' working abilities and hard skills, ensuring alignment with industry standards and professional growth.
Additionally, I worked on an online education platform similar to Coursera, tailored for employees. This platform provided structured learning paths, interactive courses, and certification programs to support continuous professional development within the company.
By integrating intuitive UX/UI design with scalable learning solutions, these projects helped enhance workforce competency, streamline skill evaluation, and promote a culture of continuous learning within Russian Railways.
