  • Mobile + Web Access

    consistent UX across devices

secure, internal Zoom-like system for webinars

  • Progress Tracking

synced with HR systems for certification and advancement

  • Interactive Assessments

    quizzes, self-checks, and adaptive tests

Solution

We developed a seamless cross-platform experience, with both mobile and web applications designed for different user scenarios. The mobile app supports on-the-go learning for field employees with offline access, bite-sized lessons, and push reminders.

The web platform offers deeper functionality for managing learning paths, attending live webinars, and accessing a broader library of materials. Both versions share a unified design system and user account, ensuring consistency and ease of use across all devices

The platform allowed users to:

  • Apply for internships, vacancies, retraining, and target education programs

  • Track the status of their applications in real time

  • Receive tailored recommendations based on age, experience, and region

  • Participate in seasonal programs like student brigades or children’s railway camps

My Role

As Product Owner and Head of Design, I led the product vision, prioritized features, and coordinated cross-functional teams. I also drove all aspects of UX — from early research and prototyping to final UI design — ensuring the platform was intuitive, scalable, and aligned with both user needs and business goals

What we've achieved

What we've achieved

The platform unified all corporate learning into a single ecosystem and reduced onboarding and training time by up to 30%. Over 500,000+ employees accessed the platform within the first year, with course completion rates increasing by 45% compared to the previous offline and fragmented tools. It also became a strategic enabler for internal mobility, helping HR teams identify and develop talent more effectively across regions and roles
