Overview
This case describes the design and launch of a large-scale corporate learning ecosystem for a national transportation enterprise.
The platform was built to support continuous upskilling and certification for over 700,000 employees across multiple regions and job roles.
The solution included both mobile and web platforms, tightly integrated with internal HR systems.
