At Qatar Bank, I worked on SME and retail banking products within a highly regulated environment. I collaborated closely with product managers, compliance, legal, and engineering teams to design high-responsibility financial flows focused on trust, error prevention, and operational efficiency.
Key areas of responsibility included:
Government and budget payments
SME onboarding and KYC
Business card issuance and limits management
Cross-platform web and mobile banking experiences
My role focused on translating complex financial and crypto mechanics into clear, user-friendly experiences for retail audiences, while maintaining transparency and user confidence. I contributed to multiple fintech initiatives under NDA, including:
Crypto wallets and exchange platforms
Gamified financial instruments (NFT-based offerings)
Transactional and asset management flows
At Russian Railways, one of the largest employers in the country, I led the design of large-scale digital platforms used by hundreds of thousands of users. I worked at a system level, aligning UX strategy with HR processes, internal systems, and long-term organizational goals. Key projects included:
A unified career and recruitment platform
A corporate learning ecosystem for 700,000+ employees
Education, certification, and internal mobility tools
